Privacy Policy
Anvexa Security Solutions ("Anvexa", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.

1Who We Are
Anvexa Security Solutions is a cybersecurity services provider based in India. For the purposes of this website, we decide why and how your personal data is processed (in DPDP terms, we are the "Data Fiduciary").
You can reach us at anvexasecuritysolution@gmail.com or +91 78359 47340.
2What We Collect
We collect enquiry details to respond to you, technical data to run the website, and optional analytics when you allow it.
- Contact form details you choose to give us: first name, last name, work email, phone number, company, industry, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Technical data that our hosting provider records automatically when you visit any website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
- Your cookie choice, stored in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days, so we remember whether you allowed preferences and analytics.
- If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages, approximate location, device/browser information and engagement, using identifiers in first-party _ga cookies (up to two years). We do not send contact form details to Analytics. Google processes this information to provide reports. We do not enable advertising features.
- If you allow Preferences, your light or dark theme is saved in local storage. It stays on your device and can be cleared using Cookie settings or your browser settings.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your data. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website; please do not put passwords, keys, or confidential vulnerability details in the contact form.
3Cookies and Browser Storage
The cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject optional, or choose in Settings. Optional preferences and analytics are off until you allow it. Essential storage remembers your consent choice and supports admin sign-in.
Preferences remembers your light or dark theme across visits. If you reject it, you can still switch themes during the current page session. Rejecting or withdrawing preference consent removes the saved theme.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. We ask again when your consent cookie expires or is cleared. Analytics loads only after you allow it. Withdrawing analytics consent stops collection and removes Analytics cookies on this domain.
4Why We Use Your Data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call, assessment or proposal.
- To prepare and deliver services you ask for, under a separate written agreement.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
- To send you information about our services, only where you have asked for it or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
5Consent and Legal Basis
When you submit the contact form you give us your consent to use the details you provided for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to anvexasecuritysolution@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place, and we may still keep data we are required by law to keep.
6Who We Share It with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only as needed for that purpose. These include:
- Google Analytics, only when you allow Analytics, to understand website traffic and improve public pages.
- Website hosting and delivery (for example Vercel).
- Form and email delivery services (for example Web3Forms and Google services such as Google Sheets and Gmail) that receive and store the enquiries you submit.
- Code and record-keeping tools (for example GitHub) where enquiries or site content are stored.
These providers act on our instructions and are expected to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If Anvexa is ever involved in a merger or sale of its business, personal data may transfer to the new owner, who would be bound by this policy.
7Where Data Is Processed
Our service providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed or stored outside India. We transfer data only to countries and providers permitted under applicable Indian law.
8How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, for example while we are talking to you about a possible engagement, plus any period the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Your rights).
9How We Protect It
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to enquiry data, and providers that maintain their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
10Your Rights
You can contact us with the requests below. Statutory rights under the DPDP framework depend on the applicable provisions, their commencement and any exemptions:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or update it.
- Ask us to erase data that is no longer needed for its purpose.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Have a grievance addressed, and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, email anvexasecuritysolution@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us so we can verify it is you. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 30 days.
11Grievances and Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, write to anvexasecuritysolution@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy grievance". We will review it and respond promptly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, the applicable law may provide a route to the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority. The available route depends on the provisions in force and their procedures.
12Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
13Data From Client Engagements
When we deliver security services to a client, we may handle the client's systems data, asset inventories and findings. That data is handled under the written agreement with that client, which sets out confidentiality, purpose and retention. This policy covers only data collected through this website.
14Links to Other Sites
This website may link to third-party sites, such as regulator or standards pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
15Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website.
