Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anvexa Security Solutions website. By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1About These Terms
This website is operated by Anvexa Security Solutions ("Anvexa", "we", "us"). It provides information about our cybersecurity services and lets you contact us.
Our security services are provided only under a separate written agreement, statement of work or signed proposal ("Engagement Terms"). If the Engagement Terms conflict with these Terms, the Engagement Terms apply to the services.
2Using the Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' data.
- Run scans, penetration tests, load tests or automated attacks against the site without our prior written permission.
- Send malware, spam or content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or interfere with how it works.
- Pretend to be another person or organisation when contacting us.
3Enquiries and Quotes
Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both sides sign Engagement Terms.
Information about services and any prices on this website is general and indicative. Final scope, timelines and fees depend on your environment and will be set out in a written proposal.
Please provide accurate information in the form and do not include passwords, access keys, or confidential vulnerability details in it.
4Authorisation for Security Testing
Security assessments, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing can disrupt systems and are only lawful with permission. Before we test anything, you must confirm in writing that you own the systems in scope or have the legal authority to authorise testing, including for systems run by third parties such as cloud or hosting providers.
We will not test any system that is outside the agreed scope. You are responsible for informing anyone within your organisation who needs to know, and for taking backups before testing begins.
5No Guarantee of Security or Compliance
Cybersecurity is about reducing risk, not removing it. We do not promise that any system will be free of vulnerabilities, that an attack will never succeed, or that you will pass an audit or obtain a certification.
Articles, checklists and other content on this website are for general information. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice. Laws and regulator requirements (such as CERT-In directions, the DPDP Act, RBI and SEBI rules) change, so please confirm the current position with qualified advisers before acting.
6Intellectual Property
The website, including its text, design, logos, graphics and software, belongs to Anvexa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it and share links to it, and you may print or copy small portions for your own internal, non-commercial use with credit to Anvexa.
You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the site without our written permission. "Anvexa" and our logos are our marks; do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our consent.
7Third-party Services and Links
The site relies on third-party providers (for hosting and for receiving enquiries) and may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8Reporting a Security Issue
If you find a security weakness on this website, we appreciate a responsible report. Email anvexasecuritysolution@gmail.com with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before making it public. Please do not access other people's data, disrupt the service, or run intrusive tests. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
9Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or up to date.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvexa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for services is governed by the Engagement Terms.
11Your Responsibility
You agree to compensate Anvexa for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the website, or testing you asked us to perform without proper authority.
12Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the website. By using the site you acknowledge it.
13Suspension and Changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time, and we may restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If that does not work, the courts of India will have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in the Engagement Terms.
